개 요 WT300-1F는  유량모드(Flow Mode)와 분주모드(Dispensing Mode) 두가지 작업이 가능한 펌프입니다. 이 펌프는 85.7~2571.4mL/min의 유량을 이송할 수 있으며, 분주량(Dispensing Volumn)을 0.1 mL~999 Liter 범위에서 설정할 수 있습니다. 브러쉬레스 모터(Brushless Motor)를 채용하여 높은 효율성과 우수한 수명을 제공 합니다. 128 x 32 LCD 디스플레이창은 펌프의 작동 파라메터와 정보를 표시합니다. 마이크로 기어펌프는 첨단 기술분야에 적합하도록  컴팩트하고 정밀한 성능을 제공 합니다. 소음과 맥동이 없으며 고점도 유체이송 및 고온, 고압상태의 유체이송에 적합합니다. 마이크로 기어펌프 헤드는 챔버가 전체적으로 봉인되어 있어서 고도의 안전성을 요하는 다양한 부식성 액체를 안전하게 다룰 수 있도록 합니다. 펌프의 하우징과 내부 금속 부분은 AISI 316L 스테인레스강으로 되어 있으며, 기어의 재질은 테프론(PTFE)  또는 PEEK(Polyetheretherketone)  등의 불활성 재질로 되어 있습니다. 마이크로 기어펌프의 마그네트 구동원리는 구동기어와 연결된 펌프헤드에 장착된 자석(Inner Magnet) 펌프 본체의 모터샤프트와 연결된 자석구동기어와 연결된 자석 (Outer Magnet) 의 결합으로 이루어 지며, 두 자석의 극과극의 자력에 의해 펌프를 구동시키게 됩니다. 펌프의 부하가 자력을 초과하게되는 경우 두 자석이 분리되는 경우가 발생합니다. 마그네틱 기어펌프의 적용분야 의료장비, 외과장비 혈액투석 장비 레이저 장비 윤활유 공급장치 잉크젯 프린터장치 냉각장치 연구실험 기기 정수장치, 한외여과장치 샘플링 장비 식품공정 장치

Gated: The pump runs as long as the footswitch is pressed. Set footswitch: Press and turn Knob to highlight the footswitch line. Press Knob to enter next interface, turn Knob to select Trigger or Gated, press Knob for confirmation. Press Exit Key not to store the selection and return to previous menu. Note: The pump identifies the Longer Footswitch automatically. When the pump connects the footswitch, the Start/Stop Key n operating panel is invalid no matter the external control setting is on or off.
