• Constant Pressure Dual Head Pumps
• ReaXus CP 정압 고압정밀정량펌프는 듀얼헤드로 구성되며, 최대 25,000 psi의 압력으로 폭넓은 유량범위를 커버하는 일정한 압력제어 기능을 가진 된 양변위치환 고압 피스톤펌프입니다. 유체경로의 재질을 스테인리스스틸(SS) 또는 하스텔로이(Hastelloy)로 선택할 수 있습니다.
• ReaXus CP정압 고압정밀정량펌프는 유체경로의 재질을 스테인리스스틸(SS) 또는 하스텔로이(Hastelloy)로 선택할 수 있으며, 하스텔로이 재질의 경우 온도 제어 공정에 적용할 수 있는 온도자켓이 기본으로 장착 됩니다.
• ReaXus CP 정압 고압정밀정량펌프는 LC 컬럼 충진 뿐만아니라 수많은 초임계유체 공정 등에 널리 적용할 수 있습니다.
• 출력의 결과를 재투입하여 시스템을 수정 또는 제어하는 정압 피드백 루프(feedback loop)은 용매의 흐름을 자동적으로 조정하여 일정한 압력을 유지하도록 하며, 사용자가 원하는 압력 설정점과 상승속도 및 유량제한점 등의 다양한 공정 파라메터를 선택할 수 있도록 합니다.
• ReaXus CP 정압 고압정밀정량펌프는 출력의 결과를 재투입하여 시스템을 수정 또는 제어하는 정압 피드백 루프(feedback loop)에 의해 용매의 흐름을 자동적으로 조정하여 일정한 압력을 유지하도록 하며, 사용자가 원하는 압력 설정점과 상승속도 및 유량제한점 등의 다양한 공정 파라메터를 선택할 수 있도록 합니다.
• ReaXus CP정압 고압정밀정량펌프는 독립적으로 사용되거나 SSI 컬럼충진시스템(called Pack-in-a-Box)와 함께 사용할 수 있습니다.
• ReaXus CP 정압 고압정밀정량펌프는 일체형 프라임-퍼지 밸브와 대화형 키패드 조작부 및 진보된 압력제어 알고리즘을 장착하고 있으며, RS-232 및 Micro USB 2.0 포트를 통해 완벽한 PC 제어와 상태를 확인할 수 있는 기능을 갖추고 있습니다.
• ReaXus CP 정압 고압정밀정량펌프는 최대 유량 5/12/24/100mL/min 모델로 공급되고, 최대압력 25,000 psi 까지 공급되어 대부분의 LC 컬럼충진과 다양한 산업공정 분야에 적용할 수 있습니다.
