TOPSFLO TL-C 시리즈는 브러쉬리스 모터에 의해 구동되는 마이크로 원심펌프이다.

소음진동이 낮으며 소형 경량으로 설계되었다.

누수를 방지하도록 씰이 없는 구조로 되어 있어서 안정된 성능과 긴 수명을 제공한다.

식품용 재질과 고온내구성 등 다양한 특징을 가지고 있다.

◈특 징

풍모:  마이크로 원심 펌프에는 3 상 ECM 브러시리스 DC 모터, 고효율, 저소비, 긴 수명, 다기능 제어, 시작 작은 전력이 있습니다. Taken the advanced magnetic drive technology, the rotor-impeller and the shaft are sealed together independently from other parts, without any leak for ever. The reliability is because of pump only contains one moving part: the magnetically driven rotor-impeller spins on a single ceramic bearing, high precision, well wear resistance, thus extending the life of this pump beyond existing standards. TOPSFLO Unique Closed Impeller -- dynamically balanced, higher efficiency, stronger pressure performance, steady flow, smooths ultra quiet operation. Three-phase brushless DC pump can achieve PWM speed control, analog signal (0~5 V) or manual potentiometer speed control, can be achieved on the head and flow regulation. Three-phase brushless DC pump have the advantage of various protection functions such as: impeller stuck protection, over-voltage protection, overload protection, over-current protection, reverse polarity protection (optional), dry-running protection (optional). Dry-running protection (customized functions); Drive circuitry can detect no or little liquid in pump chamber and will stop the pump to prevent damage, pump is then restarted manually by disconnecting and reconnecting it to the power supply. Over voltage protection; When the voltage over 28V, the pump will auto-protect and shut off own power supply, when the voltage falls below 28V, the pump will restart automatically. Over load protection function ; This means that when the current is over the rated current, such as can arise if the impeller is stuck due to debris. The pump will automatically stop to prevent damage, and will restart when the current falls again.

Application: The centrifugal brushless pumps are designed for general, commercial and industrial applications. Ideal for circulation pump applications. They will pump fresh water, seawater, and other liquids that are compatible with the pumps materials and that are of similar viscosity to water. Usage Note: Dry-running is prohibited. Reverse polarity is not allowed (except customized). The pump if dropped or with heavy vibration do not use. Liquid contain impurities or magnetic particles are not allowed. Liquid temperature over 90°C is not allowed (except high temperature models).
